You wake up blind in an abandoned hospital.
The failed operation stole your sight—and now, you're alone. Or so you think.

In Perception Lost, you navigate darkness using echolocation: a pulse reveals the unseen world for a moment—walls and enemies. But sound is a risk. The other patients… they hear it. And they've gone feral.

Descend floor by floor through this twisted facility. Each level introduces survivors with their own sensory adaptations: deaf hunters, blind sentinels. Have fun ;}
